Participation and privacy

Privacy and Data Use

Landon's Law is an independent proposed legislative initiative, not a government program. Stakeholder feedback is collected using Google Forms and stored in a linked Google Sheet managed by the initiative.

Information you choose to provide

The consultation form requests your perspective on proposed reforms, optional stakeholder categories, and optional name and contact information. The form is configured not to automatically collect email addresses or require one response per Google account. You can leave identifying fields blank. Do not include diagnoses, medical records, street addresses, or other sensitive personal information in free-text answers.

How feedback is used

Responses are used to evaluate proposed provisions, identify legal and implementation concerns, and inform possible revisions. The response spreadsheet is intended for private review, not public access. The form separately asks about permission for attribution or quotation and future contact. Declining optional contact or quotation permission does not prevent participation.

Google Forms

When you open the form, Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Although the form does not automatically collect email addresses, we cannot guarantee anonymity against Google's own technical processing or information voluntarily included in answers. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests

Contact landontheservicedog@gmail.com to ask about your submission or request deletion. For anonymous submissions, identifying the exact response may require details you can provide about its contents and approximate submission time.

Retention periods, reviewer access arrangements, and any additional website analytics should be documented before broad public outreach. This notice should be reviewed again when those operational decisions are finalized.
